During the final fight, feel free to use Palom and Leonora's newly-learned Band to your heart's content. Return to the Crystal Chamber, and watch the ensuing cutscenes. Someone else will appear, and in the end, Leonora will be on her own at the last Save Point. After you lob several spells his way-try Blizzara, Fira, and Thundara all-the fight will end. Fira is Palom's best bet, and well before he can deplete his magic, the fiend will transform. Leonora will almost exclusively be in a supporting role here, as Protect and Cura will be needed frequently. Restore your Hit Points, then walk through to enter the cavern's Crystal Chamber.Ī boss battle will start almost immediately, and your opponent is a fast-casting Dark Elf. Use it, leave, and venture northwest, but stop before you pass through the door. Soldiers have made their way into Lodestone's depths, but they're not quick enough to block your way to the next Save Point, which is in a room directly east of where you entered. From there, you can walk north and east to reach the last bit of loot. Grab the third treasure in the upper left corner, and then walk to the small outcropping to the right. Return to the island, and walk northwest to the vicinity of the next staircase. Head directly north, and you'll walk across the emptiness to the second Chest. After that, go east-northeast until you reach a tiny island between two bridges. To open the first, immediately head west. You'll wind up in B5, where there are four Treasure Chests. Try to cross the bridge to your left, and Leonora will surprise you. Use it, then take the stairs to the southwest to find B4. Directly above you is a chest with a Polymorph Rod, which goes to Palom. Gather the second sub-room's goods, then head west and north to enter another area. Upgrade your armor, fill your bags with Hi-Potions and Phoenix Downs, and proceed southward. In B3, you'll spy a white door by the entrance, and beyond it, there's a Save Point and the aforementioned merchant. There are some treasures scattered about, and its exit is in the northwest corner. B2 looks spacious at first glance, but it's a simple place.
